New single released by Rue Bella

Rue Bella are a soulful, alt-rock band from Barrie that are making waves in the local music scene.  They are the most recent winners of the Rock 95 Local and Loud competition that sees the areas newest and brightest talent competing against each other for the annual title.  Canadian Beats caught up with Rue Bella last December when they opened for Finger Eleven at the Rock 95 Toy Drive concert and you can read about it, here!

The band recently released a single, “Piggy”, with producer John-Angus MacDonald from The Trews as a follow up to their debut EP which was released in 2015.  The song features the not-to-be-missed sultry vocals of lead singer, Taylor Cos, who absolutely shines in this new song.  We can’t wait to hear the rest of the album!  “Piggy” is available for download on iTunes and Google Play.

Local fans can catch Rue Bella in action at The Foxx Lounge Rock Bar and Hotdoggery on May 11 with Heart Attack Kids and Generation Hexed.  Check out the Facebook event for more details.
