The highly anticipated lineup for the 2017 edition of the RBC Bluesfest was announced this week featuring a stellar lineup of both Canadian and international artists. “To celebrate Canada’s 150th anniversary, we’ve put together one of our best lineups ever…and one of Ottawa’s favourite sons (Dan Aykroyd) seems to agree,” said RBC Bluesfest Executive and Artistic Director, Mark Monahan.
The lineup includes headliners Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, Muse, and P!nk, as well as LCD Soundsystem, Flume, Toby Keith, 50 Cent, and Jake Owen. Other notable acts include Melissa Ethridge, Tegan and Sara, Sam Roberts Band, Phantogram, Death from Above 1979, July Talk, A Tribe Called Red, and many more.
The 2017 edition of the RBC Bluesfest runs from July 6 to 16 at LeBreton Flats Park, which offers a wide variety of food and merchandise concessions and is fully licensed.
