Photo Review – Wild Rivers’ Album Release Party

When: April 16, 2016
Venue: Adelaide Hall
Where: Toronto, Ontario

Toronto-based folk band, Wild Rivers, celebrated the release of their debut album in style with an official release party at Adelaide Hall in Toronto.  They brought along some friends in the form of Autumn Portrait, Limestone Chorus and Midnight Vesta in support of their big day.  The sold-out crowd of friends, family, fans and industry folk packed the venue to witness a night of beautiful music by all four bands.  Wild Rivers transformed the stage into an eclectic backdrop complete with patio lanterns and tapestries.  We also had the chance to sit down with the members of Wild Rivers prior to their show to discuss what they have planned now that their album is released.  Stay tuned to Canadian Beats for this!

I’m Nicole, a biology teacher by day, but my life revolves around music. I’m that girl that you will always find with the concert t-shirt on and ear buds in. It is rare that you find me without some type of music playing in the background. I connect all of my life experiences to music. It truly has its own language in my heart. There is nothing more exciting than taking in all that a concert has to offer. I love to support local Canadian acts and attend as many shows that I can.
