Johnny Reid has a charisma that radiates whenever he walks onto a stage. He is a true showman and consummate performer.

Monday night, at Toronto’s Palais Royale on the Lakeshore, CMT recorded “One Night Stand” with Reid and his band. There was a cool, tropical vibe complete with palm trees to set the mood for the soulful musical sounds. He performed several new songs from his current album, “What Love Is All About”, released in November 2015. Plus, several fan favourites. Stay tuned to CMT for the air date.

Johnny Reid will begin a nation wide tour on February 1st in support of this album. For dates and venues, check out

Hello everyone! My name is Linda and I have been a fan of Canadian Music for as long as I can remember. That counts for way too many decades than I want to admit to! I have three primary passions in my life, music, photography and writing. When I can combine them all, I feel I am right where I should be. Though I can appreciate all genres of music, my particular favourite is Country. Canadian Country is moving in leaps and bounds. I love how it is progressing and I’m thankful that I can be a small part of it.
