Ottawa based alternative pop artist, Tara Holloway has released her sophomore album, “Little Ghosts” through Light Organ Records in Vancouver. The album features 13 songs, and I personally am having a very hard time choosing a favourite.

The first song, “This Life” was co-written by Tara’s label mate Kevvy Mental. Tara also worked with Colin Janz & Brian Simms on this album.  The first song I feel the need to focus on is the second track, “The Dance” which is a fun song from the very beginning and had me completely drawn in. Tara’s vocals are almost intoxicating. I found myself listening to this song over and over, and I would highly recommend this song to fans of all genres.

Whether you’re a fan of pop, rock, country, jazz or anything in between, I feel you will find at least one song that you truly love on this album. The second song that I have to tell you about is the tenth track, “Re-Run” which features such smooth and appealing vocals. Also, the album finishes perfectly with “Hello To The End”, another song that I could easily call a favourite.

I suggest you all head over to iTunes now, and purchase this album. You will definitely not regret it.
