Throwback Thursday #2 - Sum 41

Released in 2001, In Too Deep was the second single from Sum 41’s All Killer No Filler. Looking back on it now, this song is probably the one that shaped my taste in music the most. It was one of the first pop punk songs I was really into and was easily one of my favorite songs for the next 4 years, which for me was ages 10-14.

-Tara Thompson- Canadian Beats

I’m Tara and I’m a graphic designer from Newfoundland. In 2004, I found out who Hedley were are they became my first favorite band and 11 years later they still have that top spot for me. I am very fortunate to live in a city where there is a ton of amazing musicians. I’ve grown very fond of the local music scene in St. John’s and some of my favorite bands are ones I’ve met through going to local shows.
