Interview with Dylan Murray

By: Jenna Melanson

Have you heard the name, Dylan Murray before? If you haven’t, I’m sure you will!

Dylan is the first artist signed to Nelly Furtado’s NelStar label, and is about to set off on an Ontario tour with  Daniel Wesley.

This folk rock artist with a reggae vibe mixed in, is on the rise. His debut album, Inspiration can be bought on iTunes: https://itunes.apple.com/ca/album/inspiration/id587081244 With tracks such as “Be OK”, a duet with Nelly Furtado,  which was my favorite on the album, features his smooth, relaxed vocals and will surely make you fall in love with the artist’s voice.  Two other songs from the album, that stands out to me is “Music come pick me up” and “Soul Flies High”. All of these songs seem to focus on a different side of Dylan, showcasing what he can do vocally.

Entertainment Tonight Canada has picked Dylan Murray as an upcoming artist to look out for, and I would have to agree!
