Alexander France

Alexander France

It’s “Music Monday” yet again!
And this time around, I want to tell you about a Vancouver based Indie Band, called Alexander France. The band features Kyle Stibbs on vocals and rhythm guitar, Steven Jay on lead guitar and Derek Eddy on drums and keyboard.
You may also recognize the name Brandon Lehti, former vocalist for The Latency, he lent them a hand and is mentoring them along the way!

You can listen to their album, Dance Parlour online and I have had “Disco, Disco” in my head since the day I heard it, which was about a week ago. Very catchy song that gives you no choice but to sing along, I think you’ll find yourself doing the same!

Every song that I’ve heard, I love. Be sure to listen to all the songs on their bandcamp profile:

-Jenna Melanson – Canadian Beats

I’m Jenna, and I am the founder and editor of Canadian Beats. I have had a strong love for Canadian music, which started with Hedley. I have a passion for promoting these talented Canadian bands and artists, and that’s how Canadian Beats came to be. I am so proud of what it has become over the last few years, with many talented music lovers and writers coming together to spread the word of Canada’s music.
